My name is Alfonso, among other things, I designed all the Spa & Wellness protocols and services we provide, I’m also the Lead Facilitator for Wellness Life at Sea and customer service friend :)


I am honored to work with such talented, Professional Therapists, Chefs, Crews, and Wellness Facilitators.


I’m opening this space for the entire Team of Wellness Life at Sea. The goal is for our clients and the rest of the world to receive some additional Love and more in-depth useful information in this blog.


Our experienced Therapists and I will be sharing additional benefits of the services and products we provide.

A little bit more about myself, I graduated as LMT from Educating Hands School of Massage in 2007, ever since I have accumulated over 1,500 hours of training in diverse bodywork and wellness modalities. Im constantly working on learning and increasing my well-being, and helping others do the same, this is my passion!


I’m also the Executive Director for ArtEssential.org In the past 5 years I’ve been mostly facilitating Corporate Team Building Workshops in California for companies like Google, Amazon, Facebook, Intuit, Adobe, PayPal, and many more...I also manage a boutique Marketing Firm called Kite Mix Marketing KiteMM.com and take photos too! AtomReflections.com


Before I let you go I want share with you the 2 core breathing exercises that we use:


Water Breathing


After Effects: Balancing


Uses: Just like water is always good to do anytime, it will balance you out.


Technique: Inhale for 4 seconds, exhale for 4 seconds.


Duration: Repeat 10 to 20 cycles


Whiskey Breathing


After Effects: Sleepiness, Slow


Uses: Whiskey will take you to sleep they say, this technique too! Try it if you can’t sleep!


Technique: Inhale for 4 seconds, exhale for 8 seconds.


Duration: Repeat 10 to 20 cycles
